FPA of Southern Wisconsin will host a Practice Management Meeting on September 27, 2012, 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. at Red Granite Advisors, LLC, now part of Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management, Milwaukee.

Our topic will be “What is so special about a WisPACT Special Needs Trust?” led by Olivia Wong, J.D., Executive Director of WisPACT, Inc.  As always, this will be a great opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic with peers. 

Olivia Wong will give an overview of the topic and lead a discussion that will cover the following: how a WisPACT special needs trust can help clients who have a family member with a disability; an introduction of WisPACT special needs trust as an estate planning option using a case study; how SNTs can protect public benefits and work in the best interests of your client;  and real life stories of how WisPACT trust has helped beneficiaries maintain independence and increase the quality of their lives.

Lisa A. Olson, Trustee and Vice President at Associated Trust Company, WisPACT’s Trustee, will also attend and be available for questions on investment performance of the WisPACT trust.

Wisconsin Pooled & Community Trusts, Inc. (WisPACT) is a private nonprofit organization that administers pooled and community Special Needs Trusts for people with disabilities. Based inMadison, WisPACT manages the Special Needs Trusts for more than 2,000 people throughout the state ofWisconsin.
